How to Elonara

Welcome to Elonara Social

Elonara Social is just getting started — and you’re early.
There are only a few of us here right now, but that’s how all good things begin: one friend, one conversation, one connection at a time.

Here’s how to explore, connect, and make this place your own.

Step 1: Log in and explore your communities

When you sign up, you’ll see two communities waiting for you:

  • Your Public Community — open to anyone you invite or who finds you in All Communities.
  • Your Private Community — for closer friends and conversations that stay personal.

They’re blank spaces to build in — places to talk, plan, and share moments that matter.

You can now connect your Bluesky account as part of signup or from your profile page.
This connection verifies your identity across both platforms and makes inviting friends seamless.

Step 2: Invite your friends — including Bluesky followers

Inside every community is an Invite button.
Send a few invites — from your contact list, or directly to your Bluesky followers.

Invites now travel through secure Bluesky OAuth connections, meaning your invites are sent directly from your own verified Bluesky identity.
When someone receives your invite, it appears as a real Bluesky post — with a short, clickable link that leads straight back to your community on Elonara.

No app passwords, no shared accounts — just genuine invitations from one person to another.

Step 3: How Circles work

Elonara Social organizes relationships the way real ones grow:

  • Inner Circle — the people you talk to directly.
  • Trusted Circle — the people they talk to.
  • Extended Circle — everyone trusted by that wider network.

Each circle expands naturally outward. The people closest to you shape what you see, and that closeness ripples through the network — a map of conversation rather than a feed of noise.

Step 4: Create events — and conversations to go with them

Events are where communities come alive.
Create one for anything: a dinner, a morning walk, a study group, or just a chat about weekend plans.

Every event can have one or more Conversations:

  • A Planning Conversation helps coordinate before the event.
  • A Follow-up Conversation is where people share photos, memories, and new connections afterward.

Event conversations stay part of your community’s story. They don’t vanish or blend into something else — the conversations you start today become part of the shared fabric that ties everyone together.

Step 5: Start or join conversations

Conversations are where it all happens — no threads, no feeds, just spaces for real dialogue.
They live inside Communities and Events, and anyone in your circle can start one.

Browse All Conversations to see what’s happening across the network.
Find something that interests you and join in.
Every message you write strengthens a connection — and that’s how real social networks grow.

Step 6: Grow at a human pace

Communities here grow the way friendships do: gradually, through time, trust, and shared experience.
Use the All buttons — All Conversations, All Communities, All Events — to explore and meet people.
Or just hang out on the All Conversations page. It’s perfectly fine to stay there if that’s where you like to be.

Closing thought

Elonara Social isn’t about scale — it’s about connection.
Every event, every message, every invitation adds something lasting to the network’s collective memory.

Now, with direct Bluesky integration, those connections reach beyond the platform — real people, real communities, all starting with one conversation.

Start with one friend, one idea, one invitation.
That’s how it begins — and how it grows.
